As a professional chef for the first 20 years of his career Eric spent countless hours cooking in various kitchens around the world and developing recipes for restaurants and varying establishments of all sizes.
Eric has always been drawn to the science of food so when the opportunity arose to switch industries from restaurants and hospitality to plant-based food manufacturing, he leapt. The vast majority of other R&D formulators in the food manufacturing industry are food scientists trained to work with chemicals, preservatives and additives to achieve their desired outcome but have never been exposed to the plethora of ingredients found in restaurants around the world. This gives Eric and LaunchTime Solutions a unique competitive edge not commonly found in the food manufacturing industry.
Eric prides himself and his team on finding alternate solutions to complex problems by thinking outside of the box in regards to food composition and how specific ingredients will compliment a formulation.
LaunchTime Solutions has a primary focus on plant-based non-dairy products (yogurt, milk, creamers, cheese, etc.) but Eric's culinary expertise allows him to traverse the world of food and develop unique, proprietary formulations for all brands with great success.
